Location: South Hertfordshire (office-based) with regular site visits across Central London

The Client
Our client is a well established main contractor with a strong reputation for delivering prime residential projects , alongside a smaller portfolio of commercial, retail and hospitality works.
The business undertakes projects typically ranging from £1.5m to £5m in contract value, with approximately 75% of their workload in the prime residential sector . Due to continued growth, they are now looking to strengthen their commercial team with the appointment of a capable Quantity Surveyor.
The Role
We are recruiting for a Mid-Level Quantity Surveyor to join our client’s commercial team, based in their head office with regular travel to sites across Central London.
The successful candidate will take commercial responsibility for their own projects, including a key £2.5m prime residential scheme , reporting directly into the Commercial Manager.
While support will always be available, this role will suit someone who is either already managing projects independently or is ready to step into a role with full ownership of project delivery and commercial management from start to finish.
Important: Candidates must have demonstrable prime residential experience . Applicants without this experience will not be considered.
