Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for drywall installation and related services, ensuring all costs are accurately accounted for.

  • Manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure that projects are completed within budget constraints.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to obtain quotes, negotiate costs, and resolve any issues.
  • Provide accurate and timely reports on project financials, including cost forecasts and variations.
  • Ensure all works comply with industry standards and regulations.
  • Assist with tender submissions and contract negotiations.
  • Oversee the procurement process for materials and subcontractors.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers and other team members to ensure the smooth running of projects.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with a focus on drywall, ceilings, partitions, plastering projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts, cost management, and project lifecycle.
