Quantity Surveyor - Specialist Fit Out Contractor - Guildford, Surrey & London Company: My client are a well established specialist fit out contractor who specialise in the drywall, suspended ceilings, partitions, glazed partitions, and SFS services. They have been trading for over 50 years in this market and have gained an outstanding reputation in the industry. Projects range from £100k - £10m in value spanning across hotels, offices, colleges, universities, hospitals, and leisure centres. With these projects mainly being situated in London/surrounding counties. They are an outstanding contractor to work for with a low staff turnover. Its a great opportunity to work for a well established company with great clients, long standing employees, and impressive projects. Role: Your role as the quantity surveyor would be helping with the commercial team on various projects. You would help with CVRs, BoQs, surveying, cost analysing, variations, take offs, and monthly/annual cost reporting. Requirements: * 5 years + as a quantity surveyor * 5 years + in the interiors sector, ideally on drywall, ceiling, and partition packages. * Great communication skills * A degree or equivalent in the commercial management/quantity surveying would be ideal but not essential.
