Overview
Projects Manager / Contracts Manager – High End Residential
Location: Hants
We’re working with a well-respected, private construction company specialising in high-end residential and heritage projects across the South Coast.
With a strong pipeline of prestigious schemes (£2.5m–£10m), they’re looking for an up an coming Projects Manager / Contracts Manager to take ownership of a single project to learn the company systems, procedures and culture before stepping up to manage multiple projects and grow with the business.
Note: extensive experience of Prime Residential builds delivering projects for HNW private clients is prerequisite for this role.

Your Role
- Take responsibility for 1 to 3 concurrent prime residential projects.
- Lead and mentor Site Managers, including technically strong and detail-driven staff.
- Manage programmes with MS Project in collaboration with QSs and Directors.
- Ensure projects are delivered to exacting client standards, on time and within budget.
- Liaise directly with HNW clients.
- Oversee contract administration (JCT) and maintain full compliance.
About You
- Up and coming Contracts Manager with multiple completed prime residential projects, or an experienced Project Manager who is ready to step up.
- Progressed through the ranks on-site – ideally with a trade background and previous Site Manager experience.
- Strong technical knowledge with an eye for detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in MS Project and familiar with JCT contracts.
- Driven, ambitious, professional, and able to manage demanding, high-value projects.
