Project Manager – Super Prime Residential Fit Out
Surrey
A respected prime residential contractor is seeking a Project Manager to oversee fit out phases of a grand country house refurbishment inSurrey.
This is a long term project involving extensive works to listed buildings, structural works and ultra high spec interiors finishes.
You’ll report to a Project Director and work alongside a dedicated delivery team.
The Role
- Managing delivery of designated phases from inception to completion
- Leading subcontractors, site teams, and consultants
- Ensuring programme, cost, and quality targets are met
- Maintaining strong client and consultant relationships
Requirements
- Please note that applicants are required to have extensive experience of delivering super prime residential projects with a main contractor, construction management contractor or developer
