Location: Holland Park

Project: £8m Single Dwelling Refurbishment

Salary: to £90k + benefits package

About the Role

As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall program management, resource allocation, and maintaining robust relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors. You’ll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The initial project you will take from start on site is an £8m refurbishment of a townhouse in Holland Park. The works will include extensive structural works and ultra high quality fit out.
