Project Manager - Prime Residential Main Contractor
I'm currently working with a well-established specialist contractor recognised for delivering some of the UK's most prestigious prime residential, heritage, and design-led construction projects across London and the South of England.
Their portfolio includes luxury private residences, listed buildings, boutique hotels, and complex refurbishments, where craftsmanship, attention to detail, and quality are at the forefront.
They are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join their warm, professional team to take ownership of a £15m+ prime residential project, overseeing delivery from early stages through to completion.
This is a key role within a highly regarded business known for delivering technically complex and design‑led projects to an exceptional standard.
Responsibilities
- Lead high-value, design‑led construction projects end-to-end
- Take full control of programme planning, sequencing, and delivery
- Coordinate consultants, subcontractors, and supply chain partners
- Drive commercial performance, manage risk, and protect margins
- Act as the primary client‑facing lead, ensuring confidence and quality throughout
What They're Looking For
- Proven track record delivering £6m+ prime residential projects
- Prime residential experience is essential
- Strong programme management experience with full ownership of delivery
- Sound knowledge of JCT contracts and commercial processes
