About the Role:

Our client, a reputable Project & Cost Management consultancy, is searching for an experienced Project Manager and two Senior Project Managers to join their team. This position will be working within a team specialising in providing project and cost management services to corporate/commercial clients managing the new build and fit-out of their property. You will lead project delivery on a wide range of projects, working independently while effectively communicating with project teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide dedicated project management services for new build and fit-out projects for corporate clients.
  • Take ownership of project delivery while liaising with internal teams and senior leadership.
  • Manage both internal and external project teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Assist with developing design solutions, managing planning applications, and obtaining statutory approvals.
  • Prepare and review tender documentation, assess submissions, and support contract negotiations.
  • Monitor and report project progress, highlighting risks, challenges, and solutions to all stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support the broader project & cost management team and cover for team members when needed.
  • Ensure all Health & Safety regulations are adhered to across project sites.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional services within the company.

Day-to-Day Role:

As a Project Manager/Senior Project Manager, you’ll oversee a portfolio of projects, ensuring their successful execution and maintaining close communication with both project teams and clients. Responsibilities include managing tenders, tracking project milestones, and ensuring Health & Safety compliance.

Candidate Profile:

  • Degree in Surveying, Construction, or Engineering (BSc or BA).
  • Chartered (MRICS) in Building Surveying or Project Management.
  • Experience post APC managing fit-out, refurbishment, and new build projects.
  • Competitive salary in the range of £50,000-£70,000 + £4,000-£6,000 car allowance + an exceptional benefits and wellbeing package.
