The business has secured major remediation programmes with large residential developers and is delivering projects across London and the South East ranging from £1m - £40m.
The Role
- You’ll oversee the pre‑construction process and manage the technical coordination of remediation schemes before they go to site.
- You will also manage and grow the current team which includes: Technical Managers, Document Controllers.
Responsibilities
- Lead the pre‑construction process across multiple remediation projects.
- Manage consultant coordination (Fire Engineers, Structural Engineers, Designers).
- Implement strong technical and pre‑construction processes.
- Support project mobilisation and delivery teams.
- Help build and develop the pre‑construction team.
Qualifications
Construction experience is preferable, ideally within: Remediation, Façades, Fire safety, Refurbishment.
