Are you an experienced Site Manager with a passion for delivering exceptional, high-value residential projects to the very highest standards? I'm working with a highly respected main contractor renowned for delivering some of the UK's most prestigious private homes, heritage restorations, and bespoke country estates. They're seeking a confident and detail driven Senior Site Manager who can lead complex builds on site, ensuring quality, programme, and health & safety are delivered without compromise.

Initial projects include the high quality refurbishment of a private residence, defined by heritage detail, exceptional craftsmanship, and contemporary luxury. The forward pipeline consists exclusively of bespoke residential projects, with contract values ranging from £5m to £20m.

The Role: As Senior Site Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of this exceptional project, working closely with the Project Manager, commercial team, and consultants to ensure a flawless end result. You will:

  • Take full ownership of site operations from start to completion
  • Manage programme, sequencing, and coordination of trades and subcontractors
