Are you an experienced Site Manager with a passion for delivering exceptional, high-value residential projects to the very highest standards? I'm currently working with a highly respected main contractor renowned for delivering some of the UK's most prestigious private homes, heritage restorations, and bespoke country estates. They're looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of complex, design-led residential projects, ensuring exceptional quality, programme, and health & safety standards are maintained throughout.

Initial projects include the high-quality refurbishment of private residences, defined by heritage detail, exceptional craftsmanship, and contemporary luxury. Their forward pipeline consists exclusively of bespoke residential projects, with contract values ranging from £5m to £20m.

The Role

As Site Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day running of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, and to the exceptional standards expected within the super prime residential sector. Working closely with the Project Manager, you'll coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and specialist trades while maintaining quality, programme, and client satisfaction throughout.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operation of site activities from start to completion
  • Lead subcontractors, site teams, and specialist trades to deliver programme and quality
  • Monitor progress, resolve site issues, and coordinate site logistics
  • Maintain the highest standards of quality, health & safety, and site compliance
  • Liaise with the Project Manager, consultants, clients, and the commercial team
  • Complete site reporting, inspections, and handovers

About You:

  • Proven Site Manager experience delivering £5m+ prime or super prime residential, heritage, or luxury refurbishment projects
  • Strong technical construction knowledge and attention to detail
  • Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills
  • Experience managing subcontractors and working in high-end client-facing environments
  • SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualified
