My client are a Specialist Facade Contractor, with a reputable name in the drylining industry. They are an established and professional subcontractor with 30+ years of experience in their field. They offer their clients a full facade solution, from design through to completion. The company have expanded at an impressive rate in a carefully controlled manner. HQ based in Essex, with projects in London.
Due to continued success, my client are looking to appoint a strategic Operations Director, to oversee their facade works. You will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of facade/cladding projects.
- Developing work plans, managing budgets and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Providing leadership and support.
- Develop, implement, and monitor daily operational systems.
- Attending progress meetings.
- Driving a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring that all construction processes are efficient.
- Implementing risk management procedures throughout delivery ensuring that the business eliminates, mitigates or manages risk appropriately.
