Operations Director – Façade/Cladding

Due to continued success, my client are looking to appoint a strategic Operations Director, to oversee their facade works.

You will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of facade/cladding projects.
• Developing work plans, managing budgets and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budge
• Providing leadership and support
• Develop, implement, and monitor daily operational systems
• Attending progress meetings
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring that all construction processes are efficient
• Implements risk management procedures throughout delivery ensuring that the business eliminates, mitigates or manages risk appropriately.
