Current schemes range from £50m to £350m+, across residential, mixed-use, healthcare, and education sectors. The Opportunity: We’re seeking an experienced M&E Manager / Building Services Manager / Technical Services Manager to join the delivery team on two major education projects in Stanmore and Hayes. A £50m new build secondary school A £40m new build extension and refurbishment of a secondary school Both projects are 3-year programmes This role is site-based, working across both projects concurrently.
