Maintenance Supervisor – Prime Residential My client are a Privately Owned Main Contractor who have been established for c. 20 years, based in SW London. Their projects consist mostly of prime residential refurbishments of single dwellings and luxury apartments for exclusive clients. Typical contract values range from c. £500k to £10m, and include basement digs, refurbishments, and full fit outs. My client have an established presence in some of the most affluent areas in London, including Chelsea, Knightsbridge and Belgravia, and have built a solid reputation for delivering a quality product. They require an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to assist the Maintenance Manager within their small works, special projects and maintenance division. This is a great opportunity to join a team working on prime and super prime properties within an inclusive and embracing team environment. Reporting to the Division Manager, your duties will include: * Organising and managing the delivery of all reactive and planned maintenance jobs and small works in a timely and professional manner – Including the allocation of the maintenance engineer and direct labour as and when required. * Ensuring all costs are captured correctly with materials and operatives. * Ensure the correct operatives, tools, materials and sub-contractors are allocated to jobs to ensure the works are completed in a timely manner. * Ensure the works are complete…
