Are you an experienced Senior Estimator looking to work on technically challenging, high-value refurbishment and remediation projects? We're working with a highly respected specialist contractor that has built an excellent reputation for delivering complex refurbishment, façade remediation, heritage restoration and fire safety projects across London and the South East. Due to continued growth, they're looking to appoint an experienced Senior Estimator to play a key role within their pre-construction team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a business at the forefront of the Building Safety Act, working on some of the UK's most technically demanding refurbishment schemes, including occupied buildings, listed properties and Higher Risk Buildings (HRBs).
As Senior Estimator, you'll take ownership of the estimating process from initial enquiry through to tender submission, working closely with commercial, pre-construction and operational teams to produce accurate, commercially competitive and technically robust tenders. You'll be involved in a wide variety of complex projects where no two schemes are the same, requiring strong commercial judgement and the ability to develop pricing strategies from evolving design information.

- Fire remediation
- Proven experience operating at Senior Estimator level
- Excellent commercial awareness and attention to detail
