A private family office is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a high value international residential property portfolio. This is a full time, London based role working directly for a private principal, requiring the highest levels of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
The successful candidate will take end to end responsibility for the smooth operation, maintenance, and presentation of multiple prime residences located internationally.
Role Overview- London-based position with limited international travel
- Management of a small global portfolio of prime residential properties
- Acting as the primary point of contact for all property related matters
- Building and managing trusted local supply chains across multiple jurisdictions
- Ensuring properties are maintained to an exceptional standard at all times
- Full management of an international residential portfolio
- Establishing and managing contractors and suppliers for maintenance and specialist works
- Scheduling and overseeing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across all properties
- Managing and resolving reactive maintenance issues
- Coordinating and executing minor client alterations and improvement works
- Managing cleaning, housekeeping, and gardening services
- Overseeing M&E, AV systems, and general building services
- Ensuring compliance with local standards and best practices where applicable
- Regular reporting to the principal with clear, concise updates
- Proven experience in prime residential or luxury property management
- Strong technical understanding of M&E, AV systems, and building services
- Highly organised, proactive, and solutions focused
- Comfortable working autonomously and managing multiple properties internationally
- Willing to travel internationally (estimated 1β2 visits per property per year)
- Exceptionally discreet with experience working for UHNW individuals, family offices, or private clients
- Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
