My client are an established Facade Contractor, with a stable turnover and healthy profit margins. Their clients include numerous Top 50 main contractors, developers, and landowners, working on a wide range of landmark projects, both residential and commercial. The company places a very strong emphasis on individual development within the company, which has led to a low staff turnover. Offices in London and Essex.
My client are looking for an experienced Project Manager, to join them on projects in London. Your focus will be delivering the project safely, on time, on budget, and to a standard the client is happy with. Ensuring works meet quality standards, follow health & safety rules, and stay on programme.
You will be the key point of contact for the client, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, keeping communication clear, preventing delays, and ensuring the project runs smoothly from start to finish.
- Previous experience in Facade/Cladding project management is essential.
