The Role:

  • Preparing estimates and cost plans for drylining/interiors projects
  • Assisting with commercial management of live projects
  • Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documents
  • Carrying out site visits and attending meetings when required
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers and subcontractors
  • Supporting the wider commercial team across multiple projects

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within estimating or quantity surveying
  • Drylining/interiors experience would be highly advantageous
  • Good commercial awareness and communication skills
  • Motivated and eager to develop within the industry
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
