The Role - Facade Estimator
Reporting into a proactive, friendly Estimating Director, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing tenders for various types of contractors including tier 1's.
- Undertaking accurate take offs and preparing detailed scope mark-ups (bluebeam).
- Calculating rates including labour, material costs, overheads and profit.
- Client bills of quantities and pricing schedules.
- Assisting the estimating director with reviewing enquiry documents thoroughly.
- Attending meetings and negotiating with clients.
- Demonstrating their wide range of experience and knowledge in CWCT tested rainscreen cladding solutions, structural framing systems and cavity barrier system.
- Using Excel, Word, Outlook and Bluebeam.
