A flagship super prime refurbishment of a grand country house under a traditional contract. The scheme involves listed building works, complex coordination and ultra high specification fit out. You'll take consultant Stage 3 information and drive it through to fully coordinated subcontractor packages, with a heavy focus on specialist fit out elements including joinery, stone and bespoke finishes. £45-70k DoE - Design Coordinator / Architect (Contractor Side)
Ascot/London
An opportunity for an Architect or Design Coordinator to join a main contractor delivering high specification residential schemes with a mix of CDP and D&B elements. The role will involve developing design solutions and coordinating subcontractor design, particularly across joinery and stone packages. Virginia Water
Design Manager to lead a £20m new build residential project on a luxury private estate. Working alongside the project manager on site you will take full responsibility for this project.
