My client are a Specialist Facade Contractor who also operate as a Principle Contractor, specialising in external envelope solutions for commercial, residential and public sector projects. Projects typically range in value from £500K to £5M, with larger-scale up to £10M. HQ based in Liverpool.
My client are looking to appoint an ambitious Quantity Surveyor, to join them on their sites in Liverpool. Reporting into the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for:
- Commercial ownership of cladding and façade projects in Liverpool, including cost planning, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Ensuring compliance with terms.
- Applying technical knowledge of cladding systems and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain programme and protect margins.
- Negotiate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Monitor and manage project risks, implementing measures to control costs and mitigate potential issues.
