A respected high end residential main contractor is looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead a c. £3.5m Super Prime apartment fit out in London. The business is a privately owned SME with a turnover of around £20m, delivering super prime refurbishments and bespoke new builds around Surrey and London. The company is now entering a phase of steady expansion and succession planning, offering a genuine long-term opportunity for a senior professional to help shape the next stage of its development.
Projects are a mix of negotiated and competitive tendered work, with a strong pipeline of repeat business and a focus on quality and client satisfaction. Please note that extensive experience of Prime Residential projects for HNW private clients is prerequisite for this role.

- Liaise with client, architects, and project teams, providing strong client coordination and technical oversight.

- Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills.
- Confident reading drawings and managing technical details.
