- They have a strong emphasis on individuals development within the company, which has led to a low staff turnover.
- Their clients include numerous Top 50 main contractors, developers, and landowners, working on a wide range of landmark projects, both residential and commercial.
- HQ based in Essex with projects in London.
The Role – Head of Business Development
My client are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Business Development to oversee the business development team. The team comprises three Business Development Managers and a dedicated support team.
- Lead and manage the business development team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
- Engage in both strategic planning and hands-on activities, including client meetings and field visits.
- Oversee the management of the team, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
- Collaborate with internal divisions to ensure seamless execution of complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes.
- Be present in the office at least twice a week (Mondays and Fridays) to facilitate meetings and team collaboration
**Previous experience in a Business Development Lead role is essential**
