Duration: Approximately 30 weeks An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established specialist contractor on a major data centre project in Hayes, West London.

This is a long-term freelance opportunity overseeing the delivery of a substantial package of multi-trade works on a high-profile data centre development.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards of quality.

Key

Responsibilities

  • Managing day-to-day site operations and coordinating multiple trades.
  • Ensuring works are delivered in line with programme requirements.
  • Liaising with clients, subcontractors and site teams.
  • Monitoring quality, health & safety and overall project performance.
  • Attending site meetings and providing progress updates.
  • Managing project documentation through client portals and digital platforms.
  • Identifying and resolving site issues to maintain programme targets.

Experience

Required: Candidates should have proven experience managing construction projects and ideally possess knowledge of several of the following disciplines:

  • Drylining
  • Decorations
  • Raised Access Flooring
  • Tiling

* Joinery Essential Requirements

  • Previous experience working as a Site Manager on drywall packages.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Good level of IT competency, with experience using online project management systems, client portals and construction apps.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and subcontractors simultaneously.
  • Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications preferred. What's on Offer:
