My client are a Specialist Subcontractor, with a reputable name in the industry. The company are expanding at an impressive rate in a carefully controlled manner. HQ based near Romsey, with projects in the South Coast.

Working closely with the Estimating Manager, you will be supporting tendering and pre-construction activity. You will prepare accurate cost estimates, evaluate drawings and specifications, and work closely with the design, commercial and project teams to ensure competitive, well-evaluated submissions.

  • Preparing accurate cost estimates for façade systems such as rainscreen cladding, SFS and insulation based solutions.
  • Reviewing tender documents, drawings and technical specifications.
  • Working with in-house design teams to develop compliant and value engineered proposals.
  • Obtaining subcontractor and supplier quotations, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
  • Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.
