Their construction training academy, which has been created to reflect real-world site conditions, offers high-quality, multi-disciplinary skills development to support excellence across the industry. They currently require a skilled Training Administrator to join this team.
The role requires:
- Booking and arranging Core Training for Projects
- Sourcing and booking ad hoc training for Projects
- Diary management of the training rooms in the Gravesend academy
- Sort, distribute, and respond to incoming mail.
- Assist in meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Provide additional business support on ad hoc projects as needed.
- Working alongside the Administration team to assist with both the team’s and department's workflow.
- Training Administration: Personal data management, training matrix management
Must have skills:
- PA and personal skills required - i.e. task management/prioritisation/able to work to deadlines.
- Ability to plan, prioritise and deliver to tight timescales.
- Able to communicate clearly and concisely.
- Taking pride in attention to detail.
- Proficient in Word / Excel and Microsoft Office
- Ability to adapt to a fast-moving environment
- Work under own initiative and highly self-motivated
