They have a strong emphasis on individuals development within the company, which has led to a low staff turnover. Their clients include numerous Top 50 main contractors, developers, and landowners, working on a wide range of landmark projects, both residential and commercial. HQ based in Essex with projects in London.
The Role - Estimator (Facades)
- Prepare full project cost calculations of materials, labour, equipment and other project expenses
- Provide clear, timely and accurate project costings as well as creating client price presentations
- Review project plans, specifications and other related documents
- Mitigate risks
- Confident in using construction estimating software (e.g. bluebeam, excel, SchuCal+ or Logikal)
