This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a couple of years experience within estimating or quantity surveying who is looking to progress their career within a supportive and forward-thinking business. The Role:
- Preparing estimates and cost plans for drylining/interiors projects
- Assisting with commercial management of live projects
- Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documents
- Carrying out site visits and attending meetings when required
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and subcontractors
- Supporting the wider commercial team across multiple projects
Requirements:
- Previous experience within estimating or quantity surveying
- Drylining/interiors experience would be highly advantageous
- Good commercial awareness and communication skills
- Motivated and eager to develop within the industry
- Full UK driving licence preferred
