Estimator – Drywall, Ceilings & Partitions Salary: £60,000–£75,000 + Package (DOE) We are currently representing a specialist subcontractor operating across London and the South East, who are actively seeking an Estimator with interiors experience to join their pre-construction team. This well-established business has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality drywall, ceilings, and partitioning packages across commercial, residential, healthcare, and education sectors. With a consistent pipeline of tenders and repeat business from Tier 1 contractors, they’re now looking to strengthen their estimating capacity. The Role: You’ll be working closely with the directors and project teams, taking the lead on preparing accurate and competitive tenders. This is a great opportunity for someone with interiors or drylining experience to join a growing business where your work will have a real impact on the success of the company. Key Responsibilities: * Preparing accurate and detailed tenders for drywall, ceilings, partitions and associated works * Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documentation * Working with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing * Producing take-offs and cost plans using digital tools * Attending pre- and post-tender meetings with clients and internal teams * Supporting handovers to project delivery teams upon award About You: * 3+ years of experience in an estimating role within the construction/interiors sector * Strong background in drywall, suspended ceilings, SFS, partitions or similar * Proficient with estimating software (e.g. Bluebeam, ConQuest, Excel etc.) * Highly organised, analytical, and detail-oriented * Able to manage multiple tenders and deadlines * Excellent communication skills and commercial awareness What’s on Offer: * Salary of £60,000–£75,000 depending on experience * Package including travel allowance and bonus scheme * Long-term career prospects with opportunity to develop into a senior position * Supportive team environment and close working relationship with directors * Involvement in high-profile projects across London and the South East If you’re an ambitious Estimator with experience in drylining or interior fit-out, and you\’re looking to join a stable, growing subcontractor with a focus on quality and delivery — we’d love to speak with you.
