A leading specialist interior fit-out contractor, renowned for delivering high-quality packages on complex commercial projects, is looking to expand its commercial team with the addition of a talented Estimator.

Role Overview: As Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for drywall, ceilings, and partitioning works. You'll work closely with the pre-construction and project delivery teams, playing a key role in tender submissions and ensuring commercially sound proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review tender documents and technical drawings to produce detailed take-offs and cost estimates
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing
- Contribute to value engineering proposals and commercial strategies
- Attend pre-tender and post-tender meetings as required
- Maintain accurate records of tenders submitted and feedback received
