My client is a specialist subcontractor with a reputable name in the industry. HQ based near Romsey with projects in the South Coast.

Role Overview

Working closely with the Estimating Manager, you will support tendering and pre‑construction activity, prepare accurate cost estimates, evaluate drawings and specifications, and collaborate with the design, commercial and project teams to ensure competitive, well‑evaluated submissions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing accurate cost estimates for façade systems such as rainscreen cladding, SFS and insulation‑based solutions
  • Reviewing tender documents, drawings and technical specifications
  • Working with in‑house design teams to develop compliant and value‑engineered proposals
  • Obtaining subcontractor and supplier quotations, ensuring competitiveness and compliance
  • Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills

Work Setting

This role will be x5 days in the office.
