Projects ranging from £2m-20m. My client are a strong investor in their staff and have a low staff turnover. The company is run by affable directors, who have developed a robust company with a solid reputation. HQ based in Hampshire The Role – Design Manager My client are looking to appoint a Design Manager to join their Design team, this can be a Hybrid role between office, home and sites. You will ideally have 5+ years in cladding/facade and it would be adventurous to have fire remediation experience. Design involvement of the project from conception to completion Overseeing design stages, coordinating with architects, fire engineers and other colleagues Ensuring projects meeting critical deadlines Technical knowledge -understanding of fire safety regulations, cladding systems, and materials used in envelope cladding Compliance – ensuring designs comply with relevant standards and regulations Financial awareness – budget management, cost estimation and value engineering Leading a design team and mentoring others This is an exciting time to join a company who are renowned in the industry for investing in their staff.
