An established and growing specialist drylining contractor is looking to strengthen its pre-construction team and is recruiting Estimators from Assistant through to Senior level.
Working across commercial, residential and mixed-use projects throughout London and the South East, this is an excellent opportunity to join a successful business with a strong order book and genuine long-term career prospects.
Estimator – Drylining & Interior Systems
This role is suited to an experienced estimator with a background in drylining, partitions and suspended ceilings.
You will be responsible for producing accurate tenders, reviewing drawings and specifications, carrying out take-offs, obtaining supplier quotations, identifying value engineering opportunities and supporting projects through to handover.
Requirements
- Previous estimating experience within the drylining/drywall sector.
- Good knowledge of drylining systems, partitions and suspended ceilings.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong commercial awareness and excellent organisational skills.
- Assistant Estimator – Construction
This position is ideal for someone with previous construction experience who is looking to build a long-term career in estimating.
Working alongside experienced estimators, you will assist with take-offs, supplier enquiries, pricing, tender submissions and general pre-construction activities, with full training provided.
