Contracts Manager/ Senior Contracts Manager – Facade/Cladding\\n\\nThe Company\\n\\n * My client are a well-established Leading Façade Contractor, who have experienced steady growth over the past 10+ years.\\n\\n * Projects ranging from £2m-20m.\\n\\n * My client are a strong investor in their staff and have a low staff turnover.\\n\\n * The company is run by affable directors, who have developed a robust company with a solid reputation.\\n\\n * HQ based in Hampshire with projects UK wide.\\n\\nThe Role – Contracts Manager (Facade/Cladding)\\n\\nMy client are looking for an experienced, driven and detail-oriented professional to join the team and lead complex facade projects initially across the Midlands and Yorkshire.\\n\\nYou will need 5+ years’ experience in envelope cladding and façade systems.\\n\\nDuties:\\n\\n * Oversee and manage contracts from pre-construction through to completion\\n\\n * Lead project teams across multiple sites, ensuring quality and compliance\\n\\n * Mitigate risks and manage budgets effectively\\n\\n * Liaise with clients, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery\\n\\n * Proven expertise in contract and project management\\n\\n * Strong risk management and financial acumen\\n\\n * Technical proficiency and commercial awareness for site-based activities\\n\\nYou’ll need to be commutable to the HQ (Hampshire) and project sites in Leeds, Nottingham, and Sheffield.
