A leading specialist contractor who deliver high end luxury bathroom pods, operating within the residential and mixed-use construction sector is looking to appoint an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the delivery of large-scale projects across London. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven construction professional with strong leadership, programme management and commercial skills to take ownership of projects from pre-construction through to final handover.

The Role: As Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing site operations, coordinating project teams, subcontractors and stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

  • Managing day-to-day construction activities across multiple project phases
  • Reviewing drawings, designs, RAMS, logistics plans and scopes of work
  • Monitoring project programmes and providing regular progress updates to clients
  • Managing subcontractors and ensuring compliance with Health
