A well regarded super prime residential main contractor is seeking an Assistant Site/Project Manager to support the delivery of a high end residential project in St John’s Wood.
Reporting into the Senior Site Manager and Project Manager, this is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Site Manager or Assistant Project Manager to gain hands on experience on a flagship super prime scheme.
The Role:- Supporting the Senior Site Manager and Project Manager with day to day site operations.
- Taking responsibility for managing a designated floor/area of the building.
- Coordinating daily activities including DABs, signage, and site inductions.
- Managing labourer and assisting with subcontractor coordination.
- Maintaining site paperwork.
- Helping ensure health & safety standards are maintained at all times.
- Being proactive on site and learning the full delivery process of a super prime fit out project.
- Experience of Prime Residential projects is essential.
- Background via apprenticeship, construction related degree, or trade route.
- 2–3 years’ experience in an Assistant Site Manager or Assistant Project Manager role.
- Keen, enthusiastic, and eager to progress within site management.
- Organised with a willingness to take responsibility and learn from senior team members.
- Strong communication skills and a hands on approach on site.
