Prime Residential – Central London Projects

We’re working with a long established main contractor that specialises in Prime Residential and high end heritage projects across some of London’s most exclusive postcodes. Known for delivering ultra prime homes and complex refurbishments, the company is built on strong values of quality, integrity, and long term relationships.

They’re looking to appoint an Assistant Quantity Surveyor or an experienced Assistant QS who is keen to quickly progress to Intermediate/project QS level.

The Opportunity

You’ll be part of a close knit team led by a highly respected Head of Surveying, working alongside senior colleagues with decades of experience at the company and in the sector. The environment is collaborative, supportive, and ideal for someone looking to develop their skills on career defining projects.

You’ll take responsibility for managing packages or supporting a Senior QS across the full commercial function—procurement, valuations, cost reporting, estimating and subcontractor accounts. Projects are predominately in London's premiere postcodes and typically range from £1m-£10m in contract value. You will be office based in a great West End location, with regular travel to sites.

What They’re Looking For

  • A capable Assistant QS who is looking for a genuine career opportunity
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Reliable, proactive, and a good team player - this hire is as much about character as it is about experience. We're looking for driven people who are keen to graft to get ahead in their career

Why Join?

  • Supportive, family feel culture with low staff turnover
  • A chance to work on technically challenging, design led projects
  • Long term client frameworks with prestigious central London estates and UHNW clients
  • Genuine investment in training and individual career progression
  • Financial stability and a strong order book for 2026 and beyond
