I'm currently working with a well-established, highly regarded main contractor that specialises in delivering exceptional prime residential refurbishment projects across Central London. With an excellent reputation for quality and long-standing relationships with leading architects, designers and private clients, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable, financially secure business with an impressive portfolio of luxury residential work.

The Role

Due to continued growth, my client is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to lead high-end residential refurbishment projects from pre-construction through to completion. Reporting directly to the senior leadership team, you'll take ownership of programme delivery, quality, commercial performance and client relationships, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver prime residential refurbishment projects valued between £5m-£15m
  • Lead site teams and coordinate consultants and subcontractors
  • Manage programmes, budgets and project risks
  • Build strong relationships with clients, architects and design teams
  • Chair progress meetings and report to senior management
  • Ensure exceptional quality and Health & Safety standards throughout

About You

You’ll have:

  • Proven experience delivering high-end residential refurbishment projects in London
  • Experience managing projects valued between £2m-£15m
  • Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong programme planning and commercial awareness
  • A stable career history with a recognised contractor
  • Relevant construction qualifications (preferred)
