A respected developer specialising in heritage, listed building and high end commercial refurbishment projects is looking for an experienced Document Controller to join the team. Based in their newly refurbished office, you’ll support multiple live projects across The West End, working closely with the delivery and commercial teams to ensure all project information, compliance documentation and records are accurate, up to date and properly managed.
Role Overview
- Maintain project documentation using Procore (mainly) and Excel for internal records and financial tracking.
- Support project teams in managing BSR (Building Safety Regulator) requirements, Health & Safety, and Building Control documentation.
- Assist with QA procedures, ensuring information is filed, traceable, and compliant.
- Liaise with site teams, consultants and supply chain partners to maintain up-to-date records.
