A highly regarded UK interior fit-out specialist is looking to appoint an Estimator to support continued growth. The business operates nationally and is known for delivering high-quality, bespoke interior solutions across a range of sectors. This role is currently based in Cambridge, with a planned office move to the Bishop’s Stortford area in around 12 months, making it a great opportunity for candidates based in Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire or North Essex.
Role
You will be involved in the full estimating process for interior fit-out packages, from enquiry through to final submission, working on a broad mix of project values and scopes.
Responsibilities
- Preparing detailed estimates for ceilings, partitions, dry lining, acoustic systems and related works
- Assessing tender documentation and identifying risks and opportunities
- Obtaining and analysing supplier and subcontractor pricing
- Working closely with project and commercial teams during pre-construction
- Assisting with value engineering and tender interviews where required

- Proven estimating experience within commercial interiors or fit-out
- Strong attention to detail and methodical approach
- Good communication skills and commercial awareness
