The Role - Design Coordinator (Facade)
My client are looking for a proactive, committed Design Coordinator, to join the design team. As part of the close-knit team, you will be responsible for:
- Design & document coordination between clients and external design houses
- Tracking design progress, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met
- Co-ordination of fabrication schedules with the buying department
- Attending Design meetings as required on a project by project basis
- Downloading, upload and monitor all online systems such as 4Projects, Aconex, ASite and similar
- Producing monthly reports with updates on progress against each project
