Are you an experienced Aftercare Manager or Site Manager/Site Supervisor with experience of managing small works or post-completion remedial works in the Prime Residential market? We are recruiting for a well established Main Contractor that specialises in high end residential projects. This is an exciting role for someone with strong site experience who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service and quality control.
The Company: Our client is a growing business who are set to increase turnover significantly this and next year giving rise to exciting career progression opportunities. They are expanding their regional presence into Country Homes to complement their core London market. Their typically project sizes range from £2m to £10m and they are now targeting projects to over £20m in value. They also have a successful small works and aftercare division managing projects to £2m. The company has a family feel and a strong team culture.
The Role:
- Oversee the post handover aftercare process, ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
- Be the main point of contact for clients, handling queries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections, ensuring all finishes meet the highest standards.
- Identify and address construction defects, implementing effective solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of remedial works and client communications.
- Manage and support the aftercare team, including subcontractors and internal multi trades.
What We’re Looking For:
- Site based experience in high end residential construction. This could be a good move for an experienced site manager or site supervisor who wants to take on management and client facing responsibility across multiple smaller works. It could also suit an experienced finishing manager with Prime Residential experience.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and finishing standards.
- A professional, polished individual with excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
- NVQ or equivalent in a relevant construction discipline and SMSTS or SSSTS.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and project management software (ideally Procore).
