We are looking for an experienced Residential Building Surveyor to join the team to cover the Reading / Berkshire area. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated MRICS or AssocRICS surveyor who is confident in delivering RICS Level 2 and Level 3 Home Surveys, together with RICS Red Book valuations. The role offers a strong pipeline of work, professional autonomy, and the support of an established and well-respected brand. The ideal candidate will be confident working independently, producing clear and professional reports to RICS Home Survey Standard.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out RICS Valuations (non-lender) in line with Red Book standards
- Undertake RICS Level 2 and Level 3 Surveys
- Prepare accurate, well-structured reports within agreed time frames
- Liaise professionally with clients and stakeholders
- Maintain compliance with RICS regulations and ongoing CPD
- AssocRICS, MRICS, or FRICS qualified
- Demonstrable experience carrying out RICS Level 2 and Level 3 surveys
- Demonstrable evidence carrying out RICS Red Book Valuations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Full UK driving licence and own transport
- RICS registered Valuer preferred but not essential
- Company pension scheme
