PREMINOX Limited is looking to recruit a Quality Executive to support the Quality Manager with the day-to-day management and maintenance of the company’s quality systems and processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience working within an ISO 9001-certified environment who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and process-driven. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting compliance, maintaining quality documentation, handling non-conformances, and helping drive continuous improvement across the business. The role will involve working closely with warehouse, operations, purchasing, and sales teams to ensure quality standards are maintained consistently throughout the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of the company’s ISO 9001 Quality Management System
- Assist with internal and external audits
- Maintain quality documentation and ensure records remain audit-ready
- Support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Investigate non-conformances and support root cause analysis activities
- Assist with supplier quality processes and supplier corrective actions
- Support customer complaint investigations and resolution processes
- Carry out goods-in inspections and material certification checks
- Maintain batch and heat traceability records
- Support handling and segregation of non-conforming stock
- Produce quality reports and KPI reporting
- Assist with process mapping and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure procedures and quality standards are consistently followed across departments
- Work collaboratively with warehouse, purchasing, sales, and operations teams
Skills & Experience Required - Essential
- Previous experience working within an ISO 9001-certified environment
- Understanding of ISO 9001:2015 principles
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- High attention to detail
- Process-driven and methodical approach
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Experience handling quality documentation and records
- Knowledge of: CAPA processes, Root cause analysis, Internal auditing, Non-conformance handling, Supplier quality processes, Traceability and record keeping, KPI reporting
- Experience producing reports and managing documentation systems
- Experience participating in ISO audits
- Experience maintaining ISO documentation
- ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification
- Experience within industrial, engineering, manufacturing, or metals environments
- CRM system experience (Prof.IT preferred)
- HNC/HND or degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Quality
