What You\’ll Be Doing
- Packaging Development – Lead innovation across flexibles, solid board, and corrugated packaging, balancing function, sustainability, and cost.
- Artwork & Design Management – Oversee end-to-end artwork approval with precision and compliance.
- Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) – Be the go-to expert, ensuring all packaging meets evolving EPR legislation.
- Customer Engagement – Act as the key contact for packaging, presenting solutions and building lasting relationships.
- Sustainability & Compliance – Align packaging with environmental goals and stay ahead of regulatory changes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with NPD, technical, procurement, and operations teams to bring packaging concepts to life.
What We\’re Looking For
- Proven experience across flexible, solid board & corrugated packaging
- In-depth knowledge of EPR regulations and sustainable packaging trends
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence both customers and internal teams
- Experienced in artwork management and technical presentations
- Skilled project manager with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Bonus: Experience with tools like Adobe Illustrator, CAPE, or spec systems
Qualifications
- Degree in Packaging Technology, Engineering, Materials Science – or equivalent experience
- Additional training or certification in sustainability or EPR is a real advantage
