Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Due to internal development, we have a vacancy for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer.

Location: Nantwich

Salary: £48,000-£53,000 per annum depending on experience

Working Hours: Full time, 4 on, 4 off shift pattern (7am to 7pm and 7pm to 7am, 2 days/2 nights)

Responsibilities:

• Planned preventative maintenance in line with schedule
• Emergency breakdown repairs
• Follow-up on PPM tasks and order spare parts
• Ensure compliance with health and safety/food safety standards
• Conduct dynamic risk assessments
• Maintain hygiene and housekeeping standards
• Ensure production lines operate optimally
• Assist in new equipment installation
• Use and maintain CMMS system
• Develop skills and knowledge
• Work on various equipment and machinery
• Set up equipment for shift start

Skills & Experience:

• Level 3 engineering qualification (HNC/HND) or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of food production lines/process machinery in FMCG/food industry
• Proficient in Word and Excel
• Troubleshooting and fault-finding skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with continuous improvement and lean methodologies
