Longterm Live-in Carer Vacancies. We are a 2nd generation, family run business established in 2002, serving clients all over England.
Job Overview:
- Employed home carer / support worker
- Live‑in with the client in their home – a long‑term placement where the client’s home becomes your home
- Free accommodation – no rent, council tax, heating or internet costs
- All food is provided; you cook for the client and yourself
- Enhancing the client’s independence and improving their quality of life
Compensation & Benefits:
- £12.82 per hour
- 37.5 hours per week minimum, with the option to increase to 48 hours per week
- Working 6 days on with 1 day off per week
- 28 days holiday per annum (including bank holidays)
- Full 24/7 support provided
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence (many clients provide a car)
- Skilled Worker Visa available – you must hold the visa
- Consistent, reliable, friendly support with strong attention to detail
- Good judgement and a sense of responsibility; limited supervision required
- Excellent communication skills – spoken and written English, enjoys interacting with people
- Owns a smartphone and can use it to access our care recording app
- Experience working with vulnerable older people – preferred (though enthusiastic new carers are welcome)
- Certifications from training within the last 12 months are required; training will be provided if necessary
