The Premier television team is growing, and we are looking for a proactive, highly organised Television Publicist to join the Filmed Entertainment Division. This is an opportunity to help shape and deliver standout television campaigns for some of the most exciting production companies, broadcasters and streamers. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator, experienced in television publicity and passionate about the creative industries. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, love building relationships, and bring bold and creative thinking to our television campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver day-to-day support across a roster of clients, including production companies, streamers, and studios.
  • Develop and maintain a broad knowledge and take an active interest in the TV industry as a whole and opportunities for ground-breaking coverage with digital and traditional media.
  • Build and maintain strong media relationships with television, showbiz and entertainment media contacts.
  • Draft press materials including press packs, programme information, synopses and features to a high standard.
  • Proactively and strategically pitch to media securing key wins for our campaigns.
  • Set up and manage talent interviews where required.
  • Provide support with screenings, carpets, junkets and launch events.
  • Monitor coverage, collate and distribute coverage, press releases, assets and client reports as required.
  • Participate in brainstorms for campaigns and undertake research for proposals and strategies.

Essential Experience & Attributes:

  • Over one year experience in television publicity within an agency, broadcaster or entertainment background.
  • An interest in the TV/streaming landscape.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of the UK media landscape.
  • Confident, collaborative, and organised with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Creative mindset and proactive problem-solver.
  • Experience supporting or leading on press office delivery.

This is a permanent full-time role (working hours 9.30-6.00 weekdays, with occasional out of hours working essential), with 25 days holiday per annum (plus all public holidays).
