We are Premier, Europe’s leading integrated agency specialising in entertainment, arts and culture.

For over 25 years, we have been at the forefront of creativity and innovation, using our influence, expertise and networks to bring audiences closer to the things they love across entertainment, arts, culture and live events.

Premier Scotland is part of the wider Premier team, with colleagues based across Edinburgh, London and Manchester. Our services span strategic consultancy, PR, social media and influencer management, brand partnerships, creative content and event production.

We work with ambitious festivals, arts organisations, cultural institutions, events and creative businesses in Scotland and beyond. Our team combines strategic thinking with excellent delivery, strong relationships and a genuine enthusiasm for arts and culture.

What we’re looking for

We are looking for an experienced and creatively minded Digital Manager to lead and grow our digital work in Scotland.

We are a busy, supportive and close-knit team, so we need someone who enjoys taking ownership, sharing ideas and helping others succeed. You should be energised by variety and comfortable moving between long-term strategy, hands‑on delivery, live events, new business and fast‑moving campaign work.

You will have your finger on the pulse of digital culture, audience behaviour, platforms and emerging trends, but you will also be able to exercise sound judgement about what is genuinely useful for a client. You will be curious, collaborative and confident.

  • A strong awareness of the influencer and creator landscape
  • Experience guiding colleagues and developing the skills of others
  • A genuine interest in arts, entertainment, culture and live events
  • Experience within the cultural, entertainment, festivals, visitor destination or creative sectors would be valuable, but we are also interested in candidates who can bring relevant experience and fresh thinking from elsewhere.
  • Experience contributing to pitches, proposals or new business development would be a strong advantage and the salary can be negotiated to reflect this.
